The BCDD Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND) training focuses not only on direct services but also on leadership in advocacy, ethics, reseach, and systems change.

Emphasis on interdisciplinary, family-centered, culturally competent care with a population-focused, public health approach. The MCHB vision for the 21st century is that all children, youth, and families will live and thrive in healthy communities served by a quality workforce that helps assure their health and well being.
