Fitness Center Membership Information

For memberships see Regina Sims in Room 312A SAC or call 448-5069. We now accept both Visa and Mastercard. Memberships are processed during the following hours:

  • Monday – Thursdays: 8:30am – 4:30pm
  • Fridays: 8:30am – 3:30pm

We are closed for lunch from 11:00am-12:00pm

UTHSC students

Use of general facilities are FREE to UTHSC students with a red UTHSC ID, although small fees may apply to programs that require instructors, officials, and/or specialty classes. Fees may also apply for reservation of facilities.

  • Spouse or Dependents of students: $55/year or $10/30 days. Must show proof of marriage.
  • Visiting students (must show verification/enrollment letter from their department head): $25/30 days
  • Spouse or Dependents of visiting students: $25/30 days

UTHSC employees (hourly or salaried), Staff, Residents, Interns & Fellows

  • $20/month, payroll deduction (one year commitment required)
  • $240/year paid in full cash, check, or credit card
  • $140 for 6 month commitment, $100 for 4 months, $30 for one month

Spouse or Dependents of Primary Member

  • $10/month, payroll deduction (one year commitment required)
  • $120/year paid in full cash, check, or credit card
  • $70 for 6 month commitment, $50 for 4 months, $30 for one month

Family membership

  • $45/month, payroll deduction (one year commitment required)
  • $540/year paid in full cash, check, or credit card

UTHSC Alumni Over 65 and retired over 62

  • $150/year paid in full
  • $15/month for four or more month commitment $20/30 days

Spouse or Dependents of Alumni/Retired

  • $75/year paid in full
  • $10/month for four or more month commitment $20/30 days

Medical Center Area Interns, Non-UTHSC Payroll

  • $275/year paid in full
  • $165 for 6 month commitment, $130 for 4 months, $50 for one month

Spouse or Dependents of MCAI Primary Member

  • $175/year paid in full
  • $115 for 6 month commitment, $95 for 4 months, $50 for one month

Non-UT Memberships available

  • $315/year paid in full
  • $185 for 6 month commitment, $145 for 4 months, $45 for one month

Spouse and/or Dependent of Non-UT Member

  • $215/year paid in full
  • $135 for 6 month commitment, $115 for 4 months, $45 for one month
