Microsoft Licenses

The following information is for Select copies of Microsoft software. This software is available only to students, faculty, and staff in the University of Tennessee System. Students, Faculty and Staff are allowed ONE copy of each software title.

Below is a brief description of the products available.

You will need to bring the following documentation to General Stores located at 8 S. Dunlap St.(GEB) Room B41.

• Agreement Form
• Photocopy of your student ID card, UT Employee ID badge, OR a photocopy of your drivers license.
• Some form of Enrollment Verification. (N/A for Faculty and Staff)

Agreement Forms

Please bring the forms completed and copies already made. You will need two copies of the Agreement Form. You are only allowed to purchase one copy and all software purchased under this agreement is non-returnable. Students will need their 9 digit pin number, and faculty/staff will need their 6 digit personnel number.

Enrollment Verification

For students, we will need proof you are a currently enrolled, fee-paying student. Bring a copy of your fee paid receipt for the current semester AND a copy of your current class schedule. Please ensure the paid receipt and class schedule are both from the current semester. You can print your class schedule from the Student Information System.

Alternative Method of Verification

A fast and convenient way of verifying your enrollment is to use the National Student Clearinghouse. Most of the schools in Tennessee have supplied the necessary data to this clearinghouse. This method requires a fee -- usually $2.50 per verification.

Pricing

Below is the pricing for the products including applicable taxes. You may pay by check (made payable to UT Bookstore (no company check), cash, or with a credit card (MasterCard or Visa). If you wish to pay by check or cash you will have to be given a receipt and will have to go down the hall to Tools for Success to make payment and then return to General Stores for the product. If you wish to pay by credit card, we can accept your payment in General Stores.

• Software
• Copy of the License Agreement with Master Agreement Numbers Entered
• Receipt
