Preparing Course Listings using the CMP

Twice each academic year, Program Directors identify the courses that will be offered in the upcoming semester. They do so by logging into the Curriculum Management Program (CMP) and selecting the "Offerings" for the upcoming semester (please see the instruction document , page 4).

The 'window' for selecting courses for the Summer and Fall semesters is midnight April 30 through midnight May 31; the 'window' for selecting courses for the Spring semester is midnight October 31 through midnight November 31. Information requested by the CMP includes Course Director and, if available, the time, day, and place of course meetings.
