COLLECTION
(UNDER CONSTRUCTION)

The History and Archive team has processed over 100 boxes of material that are relevant to the history of the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, some of them predating the opening of the Memphis campus in 1911. Our file folder index contains information on 1000 files with more being added every day. The index is a searchable database that will run on your PC or Mac. If you are interested in downloading a copy to look at, click on the appropriate link below.

Although useful, this file has not been modified to make it as user friendly as possible. However, if you have used Filemaker Pro and are familiar with it, you should be able to operate the file. The file has been compressed with Aladdin DropZip for faster transfer, and you will need to expand it using Aladdin Expander.

When you have expanded the file you will have a folder called "HSC History & Archives." Inside, click on the file named "Open me first" to launch the database.

For a Portable Document Format (pdf) version, click here. This is a large file.
