The Agilent Bioanalyzer system is an automated, computer controlled,
integrated analyzer, capable of sizing and concentration determinations of
nucleic acids and proteins. Sample preparations include PCR and RT-PCR
fragments, restriction digests, total RNA and mRNA, cell lystaes, column
fractions and purified proteins.
