Policies

1. Vacation Policy:
   All requests for leave, including meetings, must be submitted to Dr. Pritchard in writing for approval. Please use our online vacation request form to submit requests.
   
   • Residents have three weeks of vacation (Monday through Sunday).
   • No vacation Nov 23 - 30, Dec 21 – Jan 3, or June 21 – 30
   • On multiple resident services, only one person may take vacation at a time.
   • Where there is a conflict, priority will be given to the most senior resident.
   • No vacation, except for the chief, at the MED.
   • If there are extenuating circumstances, these will be reviewed on a case by case basis by Dr. Pritchard.
